Having 14 years of experience as a government official in the Ministry of Communications and Informatics, Dian is appointed as Indonesia focal point for international organizations, particularly APPU and ASEAN sectoral bodies related to the digital technology and information. She has been elected as the Vice Chair of ASEAN SOMRI WG IMT for 2021-2023, and she currently supports Indonesia’s Chairmanship on G20 Digital Economy Working Group (DEWG) 2022.

Meanwhile, she was serving as the hand to the ASEAN Telecommunication and Information Technology Senior Official Meeting (TELSOM) Chair and Telecommunications and Information Technology Ministers Meeting (TELMIN) Chair during Indonesia Chairmanship in 2018 – 2019. She developed the concept of the 18th ASEAN TELMIN’s Exchange of Views, as well as prepared the draft of Ubud Declaration 2018.
